This piece is in reality a mixed media stuff. The squires are made with graphite, the shields that protect are digital manipulation and the Dragon ladies are digital painted.
In this piece the young squires are in love with the lady dragons,and they are about to be in vicious fight against an army of barons. The Lords will be heavy armed and they will kill the girls,since they are considered monsters. The Squires plan is to free them and in order to do so they will risk their lives,trying to convince the girls they mean no harm.
I bet they will at the end...and the dragon ladies will know how to prize their saviors.
